Thomas Davis is an excellent technician. He worked a long time to determine we had a broken wire from the main attic unit to the thermostat and repaired. Unit stopped working during snow/ice storm. Company was in contact with us and thrilled Thomas could come a day after the roads were safe to drive. Very happy with Accu-Rite!

Your team did a fantastic job for us...Josh was great at diagnosing our heater's demise and setting us up with a new one. He oversaw the new installation and showed up quickly to repair a wiring issue...Faye was great setting up the County inspector and also setting up a Duke rebate for our new AC unit...I look forward to Accu-Rite maintaining our units in the coming years...thank you
